James Myatt was very professional and polite despite the fact that our car had some paint on it when we bought it.He managed to get us another car which is much fancier at a better price.We also appreciate the professionalism of M.Ludovic Mea.He was very courteous and nice to us as he spoke to us in French.That is an attribute that he has and we believe that it is helpful to the business as there are many French speakers in Tucson.We were however not happy about the attitude that a certain Paja had towards us.Regardless of the issues that were going on due to the first car,she should have been patient and courteous towards us.She could not even introduce herself until I asked her who she was.I can't refer het to anybody due to that attitude.In general,I loved the way they dealt with us.I will recommend other customers to James.Blessings
This was my 6th new car purchase of my lifetime, and was absolutely the best experience of all. I dropped in about a month ago to check out the Highlander Hybrid and met Pablo who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We took a test drive and got some numbers. There was no pressure at all to buy, just a follow up email the next morningI researched other vehicles and even checked prices at dealerships in Phoenix before deciding to go with Precision. They had the best selection, and gave me the best deal. They were very upfront with pricing and in the end I didn't leave wondering I could have done better, unlike past experiences at other dealerships.The dealership itself is especially nice. I was offered vouchers for the Cafe several times even though it only took a total of less than 3 hours from the time I walked in to purchase my car to the time I drove it off the lot. They even have massage chairs to relax in.Every person I interacted with was pleasant, friendly and professional, from the random salesmen who made conversation with me while I waited to Najmal, the guy who handled my paperwork. Before I left Pablo to the time to show me all of the cool features on my new Highlander. (And there are many.) I left feeling really happy I bought my new car at Precision!
I took my vehicle in for a 5k mile mainentance check up and they found a nail in my tire. Not only did they fix the issues that I took my vehicle in for, but my agent took the liberty to price match local tire companies around town to find me the best deal on my tire. I didnt have to use my spare to take it elsewhere for the sake of getting a better deal financially. Staff is very professional and accomodating throughout the process. Including the use of their shuttle service.
Anthony Burgess is the guy to go to!! He took the time and explained everything that was going to be performed on my service due. Sent me a text when vehicle was complete. When I arrived to get my vehicle Anthony greeted me and thanked me for bringing the vehicle to him. Then proceeded to shake my hand which doesn’t happen often enough now days. Anthony explained my service that was performed and the multipoint inspection. Thank you!!
Five stars for Enrique! Enrique Duran was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle as well as the process for buying new and entering a partnership with Precision Toyota ! He kept me informed during the entire process, with either email or phone calls , He kept me updated as to where my car was at all times. I would definitely recommend Enrique to my friends and family for purchasing a new vehicle from precision Toyota!
