I am 23 years old and I was having issues with my old car which was a Nissan Sentra. I have had my Sentra for about 5 years and it started giving me issues. A semi dropped a drive shaft right in front of us so we had not option but to run over it. The undercarriage of our car took a beating and was not drivable. Local mechanic did not want to tackle it. Called several places that would work with State Farm and do all necessary repairs. Had to have a close by car rental as well. Precession welcomed us and is capable of doing all repairs. Super nice and accommodating to us even stayed open a little longer because traffic held us up from dropping off our car.

A great service facility got all the routine maintenance missed by the “other” dealership in Tucson done promptly. Friendly informative service advisor who communicated regularly on the status of our vehicle. This is where I will go in the future for dealer service appointments.
