Amazing people and I got me a nice ride from Precision Toyota, I have never felt like family in a car dealership like you guys. I wish I could give you more stars because you guys are above and beyond. I not only saved good money I also didn't have to pay sales tax. I will recommend you guys for any Toyota and Used vehicles. Stay far from Desert Toyota they are a bunch of fakes over there. Cars are over priced and smelled like smoke, They are not even inspected when they are sitting on the lot, I had to wait for a test drive, But good thing the car was a POS because that is how I found Precision Toyota. Good service, friendly sales staff, good desls
To be honest I had a much much better experience with them. Everything went smoothly except the part at the end when I had to resign the papers but other than that. Excellent customer service and to top it off I came out with a brand new car and got rid of my old car
Everybody that works here is awesome, very friendly, will help and answer all your questions and the sales people do not act like sharks when you are on the lot.
Albert Villagomez in the Service Department is an exceptional young man. He accepted my car, explained my service contract and how much longer it will probably remain effective. He explained the work to be done on this service and each of the next six. He put my name on the list for the shuttle, and when the shuttles started running he checked to see if I was on one. I was about to get in when he came back. He emailed photos of my car. The service took pretty long but I expected it. The shuttle drivers were both careful drivers and friendly. Shuttles were pleasant experiences. Mr. Villagomez scheduled my next service. The last mileage prediction was within three weeks. I imagine the next one will be close too.
Free breakfast, free shuttle service back home! Free ride back to the dealership later. Can't beat it!
